About the role
We are seeking a commercially driven and creatively minded Marketing Campaigns Manager to join our Marketing team at Opera this role you will lead end-to-end campaigns that drive ticket sales grow audiences and elevate Opera Australias brand across operas musicals and major events. Youll own campaigns from strategy through to execution optimisation and reporting working across multiple productions in a fast-paced high-performing environment.
This is a full-time 2-year fixed-term contract.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and deliver end-to-end marketing campaigns from brief through to post-campaign evaluation
Develop integrated audience-led strategies across paid owned and earned channels
Act as the primary marketing lead for allocated productions and campaigns
Manage multiple concurrent campaigns timelines and priorities
Drive campaign performance through data-led optimisation and continuous improvement
Ensure all digital touchpoints (landing pages ticketing journeys campaign assets) are optimised for conversion
Manage and lead external media and creative agencies ensuring delivery on time on budget and to agreed KPIs
Lead campaign briefings WIPs and cross-functional collaboration with internal teams producers venues and partners
Review and approve media plans creative concepts and campaign outputs
Maintain campaign dashboards activity trackers and performance reporting
Manage campaign budgets cost tracking purchase orders and invoice approvals
Maintain accurate records of marketing activity and results
About You
5 years experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns
Proven experience managing media and/or full-service agencies
Strong understanding of digital performance marketing and audience targeting
Commercially focused with a track record of delivering measurable results
Confident stakeholder manager with strong communication and influencing skills
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Strong attention to detail across copy creative and brand execution
Experience in arts entertainment or a similar consumer-driven industry is highly regarded
