Job Summary:
As the Regulatory Implementation & Reporting Manager you will play a key role in delivering regulatory change across HUB24 with a particular focus on APRA-related obligations and reporting requirements. Sitting within Product Governance & Oversight in the Platform Product team you will translate regulatory requirements into clear business and system impacts and work across stakeholders to ensure changes are effectively implemented across our products processes and systems in a controlled and scalable way.Responsibilities:
Support the implementation of regulatory change across HUB24 products and services with a focus on APRA-related obligations.
Translate regulatory requirements into clear business operational and system impacts and conduct impact assessments across products processes systems and controls.
Partner with Compliance to ensure consistent interpretation and application of regulatory requirements and support delivery of key initiatives across APRA obligations superannuation changes and broader cross-platform impacts.
Gather document and validate business and functional requirements including developing artefacts such as process maps impact assessments gap analyses and remediation plans.
Ensure traceability from regulatory requirements through to implementation and controls.
Work with Technology and delivery teams to support solution design testing validation and implementation.
Support regulatory reporting implementation including mapping obligations to data sources identifying gaps and partnering with Finance and Data to uplift reporting accuracy and controls.
Contribute to building scalable sustainable reporting capability across the platform.
Maintain regulatory obligation mapping and implementation tracking support governance forums with insights and contribute to the uplift of regulatory change frameworks.
Requirements:
5 years experience as a Business Analyst (or similar) within financial services
Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks particularly APRA and superannuation
Proven experience supporting regulatory change implementation and exposure to regulatory reporting frameworks (e.g. APRA reporting SDT)
Demonstrated experience in impact assessment business analysis and process design
Ability to work effectively across business data and technology domains
Strong analytical and documentation skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint Word; Visio desirable)
Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset able to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
