- Position: Sport Support Associate
- Starting Date: 6th of January
- Work Format: Work from home in Bulgaria or hybrid in the Sofia office the choice is yours!
- Main Tasks: Handle customer inquiries about sports products via chat and phone.
- Languages Required: Portuguese (B2) and English (B2).
- Location Requirement: Already live in Bulgaria and have either EU nationality or a Bulgarian residence card.
- Schedule: Monday to Saturday 11:00 am 8:00 pm (40 hours/week; 5 days/week with two days off: Sunday 1 rotational).
