Jonesbororealtycompany is seeking a highly motivated and experienced SR. BILLING ANALYST to join our team on a full-time basis. As a leading real estate company we are committed to providing exceptional service to our clients and we need a skilled professional to help us achieve this goal.

The SR. BILLING ANALYST will be responsible for managing the billing process for our company. This includes preparing and sending invoices tracking payments and resolving any billing discrepancies. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and send accurate and timely invoices to clients

- Monitor and track payments to ensure timely receipt

- Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve any issues that may arise

- Maintain accurate records of all billing transactions

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely billing

- Analyze billing data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for process enhancements

- Keep up-to-date with industry regulations and changes in billing procedures

- Provide excellent customer service to clients regarding billing inquiries and concerns

- Train and mentor junior billing analysts as needed

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in billing or accounting

- Strong knowledge of billing procedures and regulations

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

- Prior experience in the real estate industry is a plus
