Advertised Job Summary
The Management Department in the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina invites applications and nominations for a professional track lecturer position. The position will primarily involve teaching that aligns with the Departments new undergraduate leadership concentration; however candidates will also be expected to teach courses related to human resources (HR) and general management. The job represents a full-time multi-year academic appointment that is renewable commencing in August 2026. All faculty searches are subject to the availability of funding.
Required Education and Experience
Required qualifications include:
Masters degree in management HR or related field
Superior teaching skills with experience teaching management courses
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred qualifications include:
Industry experience developing leadership training programs
Industry experience mentoring or coaching leaders
Ability to develop curriculum and pedagogical innovations
