Job Title Account Manager Civil (220 MW)
Location: Owendo Gabon

About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Account Manager Civil to manage client relationships oversee project coordination and drive business growth within the civil engineering and infrastructure sector. This role involves handling key accounts supporting project execution and ensuring exceptional service delivery while identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients consultants and contractors.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
Understand client requirements and provide tailored civil engineering solutions.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term partnership development.

Business Development & Sales Support
Identify new business opportunities within the civil and infrastructure sector.
Support tendering proposal preparation and contract negotiations.
Drive revenue growth through effective account management and upselling opportunities.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth potential.

Project Coordination & Execution
Coordinate with engineering operations and project teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Monitor project timelines deliverables and client expectations.
Facilitate communication between clients and internal departments.
Ensure projects are executed in line with contractual and technical requirements.

Commercial & Contract Management
Manage account budgets quotations and commercial documentation.
Support invoicing payment follow-ups and financial coordination.
Ensure compliance with contract terms and project scope.
Assist in resolving contractual and operational issues effectively.

Reporting & Documentation
Prepare account performance reports and project status updates.
Maintain accurate client records contracts and correspondence.
Track key account metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
Ensure proper documentation and reporting standards are maintained.

Stakeholder Coordination
Collaborate with internal teams suppliers and external stakeholders.
Participate in client meetings project reviews and business discussions.
Represent the organization professionally during negotiations and presentations.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Business Administration or a related field.
58 years of experience in account management business development or project coordination within the civil engineering or construction sector.
Strong understanding of civil infrastructure projects and client management processes.
Experience working in international or African markets is an advantage.
