About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Site Manager to oversee on-site project execution within a dynamic engineering and infrastructure environment. The role involves managing daily site operations ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget and maintaining high standards of safety quality and efficiency across all activities.
Key Responsibilities
Site Operations ManagementManage day-to-day site activities to ensure smooth and efficient project work is carried out according to project plans specifications and site progress and address any operational challenges proactively. Optimize the use of manpower materials and equipment on-site.
Project Coordination & ExecutionCoordinate with project managers engineers subcontractors and alignment between site activities and project drawings and technical documents to guide timely delivery of project milestones.
Health Safety & ComplianceEnsure strict adherence to health safety and environmental regular site inspections and enforce safety potential risks and implement corrective compliance with local and international standards.
Team Leadership & SupervisionSupervise and lead site teams including engineers supervisors and labor productivity and ensure performance targets are daily briefings and coordinate team a culture of accountability safety and teamwork.
Quality Control & AssuranceEnsure all work meets required quality standards and project inspections testing and quality any quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Reporting & DocumentationPrepare daily weekly and monthly progress accurate records of site activities materials and project updates risks and requirements to proper documentation for project tracking and handover.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Mechanical Engineering or a related field.812 years of experience in construction engineering or infrastructure experience managing site operations and multidisciplinary teams.
