About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Site Senior Manager to oversee large-scale project execution and site operations within a fast-paced engineering and infrastructure environment. The role involves managing on-site activities ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met and coordinating with multiple stakeholders to deliver projects efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities
Site Operations ManagementOversee daily site activities to ensure smooth and efficient project projects are delivered on time within scope and in line with quality site progress and address any operational challenges optimal utilization of manpower materials and equipment.
Project Coordination & ExecutionCoordinate with project managers engineers contractors and project plans schedules and technical drawings to ensure proper execution of engineering and construction site resources and ensure adherence to project timelines.
Health Safety & ComplianceEnsure strict compliance with health safety and environmental regular site inspections and enforce safety potential risks and implement mitigation all work complies with local regulatory requirements and company policies.
Team Leadership & SupervisionLead supervise and motivate site teams including engineers supervisors and labor team performance and ensure productivity targets are site meetings briefings and progress a culture of safety accountability and teamwork.
Quality Control & AssuranceEnsure all work meets required quality standards and project inspections testing and quality checks throughout the project quality issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
Reporting & Stakeholder ManagementPrepare and submit regular progress reports to senior effectively with clients consultants and updates on project status risks and resource proper documentation of site activities and reports.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Mechanical Engineering or a related field.10 years of experience in construction engineering or infrastructure projects with at least 35 years in a senior site management experience managing large-scale projects and multidisciplinary teams.
