Senior Civil Engineer

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our Civil Infrastructure business this role you will contribute to the successful delivery of high-quality infrastructure projects across a range of sectors providing technical leadership engineering expertise guidance to multidisciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle and mentorship.

What Youll Do

• Lead the planning design and delivery of civil infrastructure projects ensuring alignment with client requirements technical standards and project objectives.

• Prepare and review engineering designs calculations reports and specifications for Dams & Tailings Energy & Industrial and Land Development sectors.

• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams project managers and stakeholders to deliver integrated engineering solutions.

• Support and mentor junior engineers and team members helping to build technical capability across the team.

• Contribute to project proposals tenders methodologies and technical submissions as required.

What You Will Bring to the Team

• 10 years of relevant experience in civil infrastructure projects with demonstrated experience in design delivery and technical leadership.

• Strong civil engineering design background across Dams & Tailings Energy & Industrial and Land Development sectors

• Experience in leading design reviews coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and providing technical oversight.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across local and global teams.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and support junior engineers and contribute to team development.
• Proactive quality-focused and solutions-oriented approach to project delivery.
• Experience in proposals tenders and work-winning activities is an advantage.
