We Are Hiring: Compliance Control & Risk Management Team Leader (CCRM)

Lisbon Portugal On-site (Hybrid 50/50 after onboarding)
We are looking for a Compliance Control & Risk Management (CCRM) Team Leader to join our growing team in Lisbon. This is a key leadership role responsible for guiding a multilingual team ensuring operational compliance and maintaining high standards in risk monitoring and control processes.

Role Overview
As a Team Leader you will be responsible for:
Leading and managing a CCRM team in a fast-paced environment
Ensuring strict adherence to compliance risk and control procedures
Monitoring operational quality and escalating risk issues when needed
Coaching supporting and developing team members
Collaborating with internal stakeholders to improve processes and performance

Language Requirements
English: C1 or native level (mandatory)
French: C1 or native level (mandatory)
(French B2 may be considered if exceptionally strong and highly comfortable in professional use)
Mandatory Requirement
Proven experience in Compliance Control & Risk Management (CCRM) is essential

Offer Package
Annual Salary: 33780..00
Meal Allowance: 12 per working day
Full-time permanent contract

Work Model
First month: On-site in Lisbon (mandatory onboarding period)
After successful autonomy assessment: Hybrid model (50% remote / 50% onsite)
