Position: Program Manager - Lodha Genius

Office location: Mumbai

Lodha Foundation offers an exciting platform for an impact leader to conceptualize and implement pan India educational this role you will spearhead efforts to identify and nurture Indias brightest and most capable children providing them with comprehensive supporteducational financial psychological and infrastructuralto help them achieve their full potential. The ultimate goal will be to inspire these individuals to contribute back to society once they are financially self-sufficient.

As the Program Manager you will act as an entrepreneur within the education domain with success measured by the impact of your initiatives. You will work with a dynamic and rapidly growing team integrating insights from internal and external experts and effectively implementing and scaling our programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Ideation and Implementation:

Conceptualize and implement a giftedness program for elementary / secondary school students pan India

Identify and implement synergies with Lodha Schools / Lodha Academies / any upcoming initiatives in education by LF

Strategic Alignment: Ensure strategic alignment of the program / initiatives with the vision of Lodha Foundation

Operations: Manage end to end program operations at both internal (cross-functional collaboration) and external levels (partnerships and students)

Program Development: Monitor the impact and feedback of the program periodically evolve the program to maximize impact.

Partnerships: Identify & engage new partners to test & scale innovative ideas and initiatives.

Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with multiple stakeholders both internal & external for program implementation scaling advocacy and monitoring & evaluation. Report progress to the Management.

Education & Experience:

3 years of experience in tier-I consulting firm or social impact domain or educational institutions / startups with a Post-Graduation degree from a tier-I institute.

Proven dedication to development and social impact issues.

Demonstrated ability to set up large-scale processes preferably multi-year programs with diverse stakeholders.

Deep understanding of Indias political and cultural environments.

Exceptional interpersonal communication and influencing skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel.
