Job Description:
- Is responsible for establishing implementing reviewing and continuously enhancing service and safety standards to ensure compliance with regulatory organizational and industry requirements.
- Ensure Process Excellence through documentation audits procedural governance and cross-functional collaboration with a strong focus on continuous improvement within the Inflight Services Department.
- Ensure all observations reported must be provided with appropriate corrective/preventive actions thereby continuously improving the standards of the Inflight Services Department.
- Implement and maintain Customer Service Delivery strategy in line with the corporate brand ensuring continued enhancement of service delivery on board.
- To develop Cabin interiors In-flight Products and Catering processes to meet the documented service standards.
- Coordinate with the Training team regularly to ensure cabin crew training modules are up to date.
- Review catering standards and Galley Loading Plan based on crew reports.
- Ensure audit observations and findings are closed timely.
- Take a proactive approach to identifying hazards.
- Work closely with the departments that would be impacted by any change of procedures to ensure effective outcomes of the final documentation of processes and procedures.
- Work towards areas where improvements are to be made and develop step-by-step procedures and timelines for each modification.
- Constantly gather data to determine how well a new system works then use that information to make changes over time.
- To ensure the highest levels of safety & service standards are maintained and be compliant with DGCA and other National International and Company regulations.
- Must be up to date with all regulations best industry standards and ensure there are no violations.
- Spearhead new projects and initiatives to achieve enhancement of standards.
- Support operational teams through clear guidance and communication to ensure smooth adoption of procedural changes.
- Ensure all standards manuals are reviewed at six-month intervals and fully updated at least once every year to maintain regulatory and organizational compliance.
- Required to travel to check the efficacy of the documented procedures on flight.
Requirements /Skills:
- Minimum Bachelors Degree and must have worked as a Safety and Emergency Procedures Instructor or Manager Cabin Safety.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience out of which a minimum of 3 years to be in a managerial position.
- Experience in a similar role with the previous airline.
- Well versed with Word PPT and Excel.
- Well-versed in writing Service and Safety Procedures.
- Updated knowledge of DGCA and other International Regulations
- Must have good understanding of customer service standards.
