• No Phone Calls: Youll be providing customer support through email and live chat onlyfocusing on professionalism and problem-solving.
• Be a Digital Guardian: Help create a safer online environment by responding to customer inquiries and spotting potential scams and violations.

What You Bring:

• Fluency in German (C1) and English (B2).
• No previous experience neededjust your enthusiasm attention to detail and drive to make a positive impact.
• Tech-savvy with knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).
