German-Speaking Google Ads Sales Manager -Hybrid in Barcelona

Your Responsibilities:
- Enhance client & agency relationships by providing customized performance-boosting strategies and promoting additional digital marketing products.
- Offer strategic consultancy to maximize ROI on advertising investments using a quality consultative approach.
- Achieve sales targets and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Proactively engage with customers via phone video calls and email.
What Were Looking For:
- High school diploma or bachelors degree
- Fluent German (C1/C2) & strong English skills (C1)
- EU nationality or Spanish residency permit
- Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in Sales (mandatory)
- Knowledge of Google products (Ads AdSense YouTube)
- Strong communication leadership & teamwork skills
- Excellent presentation analytical & problem-solving abilities
- Passion for Marketing Technology & Online Advertising with a willingness to learn and grow
