THE ROLE

As a Technical Program Manager at Everpure you will orchestrate the delivery of complex engineering initiatives that power our Everpure Platform. Youll bridge the gap between technical architecture and business execution ensuring high-quality software releases and SaaS deployments reach our customers. Collaborating closely with Engineering and Operations you will drive the strategic alignment and operational excellence that keeps our innovation engine running at peak performance.

WHAT YOULL DO

Drive Full-Lifecycle Execution: Lead multiple concurrent workstreams from conception through deployment ensuring the Everpure Platform meets all technical acceptance criteria and hits key milestones on time.
Optimize Agile Operations: Establish and refine Agile processes across cross-functional teams to maintain a predictable sprint cadence and high-quality deliverable output.
Mitigate Risk & Resolve Bottlenecks: Proactively identify technical dependencies and critical paths implementing mitigation strategies that prevent escalations and ensure continuous delivery.
Strategic Communication & Reporting: Translate high-level technical architecture into actionable project health metrics providing clear status transparency to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Financial & Resource Stewardship: Manage CapEx and OpEx planning for engineering programs ensuring accurate accounting and alignment with quarterly budgetary goals.

WHAT YOU BRING

Technical Acumen: You possess a deep understanding of software development lifecycles and emerging technologies enabling you to facilitate complex technical decisions and conflict resolution.
Program Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead complex software release programs utilizing independent judgment to translate high-level objectives into specific courses of action.
Operational Proficiency: Mastery in generating actionable metrics dashboards and reports that drive data-informed improvements to engineering processes and project health.
Cross-Functional Orchestration: Exceptional skill in coordinating across diverse teams (Engineering Ops Product) to align priorities and maintain momentum in a fast-paced environment.
Location: We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore you will be expected to work from the Prague office in compliance with Everpures policies unless you are on PTO or work travel or other approved leave.
