A Japanese-affiliated logistics company in the Bay Area (San Mateo County) is seeking an Import & Export Coordinator to join their team.

Responsibilities:
- Review import/export documents for accuracy
- Data entry and transmission of shipment information
- Monitor cargo release and arrival status
- Create delivery orders and shipment files
- Communicate with U.S. Customs vendors clients airlines and shipping companies
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding shipment status and documentation
- Provide administrative and operational support as needed
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in the logistics field is a plus but not required
- Basic computer and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and responsible
- Interest in logistics import/export or international business preferred
- Previous office experience is a plus but not required
Compensation:
$2428/hr DOE
Work Hours:
M-F 25-29 hours/wk
Work Environment:
