What Youll Do

As our Intake Coordinator youll be the first impression of SK Stones USA helping customers feel welcomed informed and supported from their very first interaction.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to inbound calls emails and customer inquiries
  • Scheduling consultations and coordinating appointments
  • Collecting project details and organizing customer information
  • Assisting with lead follow-up and customer communication
  • Coordinating with sales project managers and installation teams
  • Maintaining accurate records within our CRM and internal systems
  • Helping ensure every customer receives a smooth and professional experience

Qualifications

  • Must currently reside in the United States
  • Previous experience in customer service intake coordination scheduling or administrative support
  • Strong communication and computer skills
  • Experience with CRM systems Google Workspace or Microsoft Office preferred
  • Experience in remodeling construction interior design or luxury home services is a plus
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus
