The Senior Training Specialist is responsible for delivering training programs that support Global Central Laboratory operations ensuring alignment with clinical trial requirements and standardized processes. This role partners cross-functionally to drive effective scalable and audit-ready training solutions across global client delivery teams.
What Youll Do:
Implement training programs for central lab workflows systems and SOPs
Deliver instructor-led virtual and eLearning content
Manage training curricula and compliance
Ensure alignment with GxP clinical and quality requirements
Track and report training metrics; drive continuous improvement
Partner with SMEs QA and Operations to support global training initiatives
Key Requirements:
Education and Experience
Bachelors degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification
Previous experience that provides the knowledge skills and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 7 years) or equivalent combination of education training & experience.
Years of experience refers to typical years of related experience needed to gain the required knowledge skills and abilities necessary to perform the essential functions of the job. Years of experience are not to be used as the only determining factor in establishing the job class or making employment selection decisions.
Knowledge Skills Abilities:
Previous experience as project manager in central laboratory or clinical research environment strongly preferred
Strong science and/or business acumen
Strong verbal written and presentation skills
Superior time management planning and organizational skills
Proven analytical skills
Demonstrated compliance with procedures and policies
Ability to perform multiple tasks effectively in a stressful environment
Extensive knowledge and experience in Project Management
Ability to work effectively with multi-level teams
