Training and Development Leader

This role sits at the heart of transformationdesigning and deploying impactful training systems that strengthen workforce capability while aligning with company standards and best practices.

Working closely with factory leadership operations HR and support functions you will influence how employees learn develop and succeed from day one. You will bring adult learning expertise coaching capability and a continuous improvement mindset to create practical engaging and performancedriven learning experiences. With strong roots in lean management and change leadership you will help turn strategy into action and learning into measurable results.

Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.

How youll make an impact

• Design lead and continuously improve training and development programs.
• Partner with factory HUB operations and HR leaders to align learning with business needs.
• Strengthen onboarding programs to accelerate integration and engagement.
• Track and analyze training KPIs to enhance effectiveness and outcomes.
• Ensure consistent execution of training plans aligned with operational goals.
• Maintain and optimize training management systems and learning resources.
• Apply adult learning principles to empower trainers and engage learners.
• Drive accountability for training participation and capability development.
• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.

Your background

• Bachelors degree in Training & Development Human Resources Organizational Development or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience designing delivering and managing training programs.
• Handson experience with lean management systems.
• Background in a fastpaced matrixed manufacturing environment.
• Strong facilitation coaching and change leadership capabilities.
• Experience managing training initiatives resources and priorities simultaneously.
