Job Summary
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Inventory Analyst to manage and ensure accurate inventory across multiple sales channels including Amazon Walmart CPG and eCommerce. This role combines deep data analysis with hands-on operational support to maintain end-to-end inventory accuracy across finished goods raw materials and packaging components.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and validate inventory data across the full inventory lifecycle
- Monitor and execute inventory processes making real-time adjustments to maintain accuracy
- Ensure inventory integrity across finished goods raw materials packaging Amazon Walmart CPG and eCommerce platforms
- Identify discrepancies investigate root causes and implement corrective actions
- Leverage Excel and data tools to analyze large datasets and generate actionable insights
- Continuously evaluate and challenge existing processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations supply chain purchasing and warehouse teams
- Perform on-site inventory checks and audits within the warehouse environment as needed
- Support cycle counts reconciliations and inventory reporting across multiple inventory categories
Qualifications
- 35 years of experience in inventory management supply chain operations or data analysis
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP formulas reporting and data analysis)
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends discrepancies and process gaps
- Comfortable questioning processes and escalating issues when needed
- Willing and able to work in a warehouse environment to validate inventory and processes in real time
- Experience with ERP WMS Amazon Walmart or inventory management systems preferred

Starting Salary- $70000
Work Environment This job operates onsite at our manufacturing and office site in Fort Worth TX. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position - Monday through Friday in person. This role is for an individual contributor. Benefits:
