We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Assisted Living team on 3rd shift. This role provides overnight clinical oversight supports care staff and helps ensure our residents feel safe comfortable and well cared for throughout the night.

• 3rd Shift: MondayThursday
• 11:00 p.m. 7:00 a.m.
• Assisted Living setting

Position Summary

In this role you will provide clinical oversight during overnight hours working closely with Med Techs and care staff to monitor resident wellbeing respond to changes in condition and ensure a calm safe environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently while still being part of a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing oversight and support to Assisted Living residents overnight
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and respond appropriately
• Document care accurately and communicate updates to the day shift team
• Respond to resident needs incidents and emergencies as needed
• Collaborate with Med Techs and care staff to ensure safe effective care
• Support infection control and safety standards
• Help maintain a calm comfortable environment for residents overnight

Qualifications

• Current North Carolina RN or LPN license
• CPR/BLS certification required
• Experience in assisted living long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently while supporting a team
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Passion for working with older adults
