The Role:Robotic Integration Associate Clinical Account Management
The Robotic Integration Associate (RIA) is responsible for clinical account management technical expertise and customer support of the groundbreaking Yomi Robotic Guidance System. The primary responsibility will be to support regional case activity as it relates to system utilization.
What youll do:
- Work with Robotic Integration Specialists and Robotic Business Director to support regional account management that assists in driving customer satisfaction at current accounts.
- Provide field clinical case support to current Neocis customers through training and education.
- Assist Robotic Integration Team in the training and education of new and existing accounts.
- Work with the Robotic Integration Specialists to identify and support opportunities to drive existing customer satisfaction.
- Assist in customer satisfaction by focusing on case coverage.
- Support universities VA facilities and hospitals in account management activities.
- Escalate membership upgrade opportunities to the RIS or Senior RIS.
What youll bring:
- Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
- Strong interpersonal skills and technical problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in fast paced environment
- Experience with Google Docs
- Travel up to 75%
- Open to relocation
- Clean driving record required
- Sales experience preferred
- Startup experience preferred
- Dental and/or private practice experience preferred

This is a full-time position. This position occasionally requires long hours and weekend work.

- Regular use of the Yomi robot train the trainer

Compensation:Base $75000; Bonus Target 10% Equity Package
