RADAR Integration & Test Engineer

12 Months Contract could get extended.

Shift: 3^rd Shift 9 PM 5 AM Sunday night Friday morning.

Pay Rate: $70-$95.30/Hr. on W2.

Description:

seeking an Engineer Systems Test 2 to support on-site test bench operations for the Assembly Integration and Test (AI&T) of a production Space RADAR Payload program on 3rd shift 9 PM 5 AM Sunday night Friday morning.

Responsibilities include executing test scripts for the verification of Software Hardware and System requirements for applications in Space. Understanding of RF (Radio Frequency) systems especially RADAR; programming and scripting skills; and working knowledge of RF test equipment (Signal Generators Spectrum Analyzers Oscilloscopes Power Meters etc.) is desired.

Basic Qualifications:

BS in STEM (Science Technology Engineering or Math); and 2 - 5 years of sensor systems or Space integration and test experience

MATLAB for executing and editing/improving existing code for test data analysis and trending

Willingness to work dedicated 3rd shift (9 PM - 5 AM Sunday night - Friday morning) for 1 year

NO CLEARANCE REQUIRED to start but must be eligible for TS/SCI

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with RADAR and/or ESA (Electronically Scanned Array) Antenna integration and test

Experience with Space Payload or Space Vehicle (Satellite) integration and test in a clean room environment

Python and Tcl for executing and editing/improving existing scripts

Experience with Confluence Jira and Bitbucket

Active TS and/or SCI clearance
