Job Summary
Full-Time Competitive Salary Profit Sharing
Process orders quotes and returns accurately via phone email and in-person interactions
Recommend HVAC/R and filtration products based on customer needs and applications
Provide technical support and product guidance to customers and team members
Act as liaison between customers vendors and internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment
Proactively follow up on quotes and open orders to close sales opportunities
Support outside sales team with quotes sourcing and account development
Maintain showroom merchandising and ensure product availability
Assist with inventory tasks including receiving stocking and order pulling
Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally
13 years of sales customer service or distribution experience
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn technical products
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Team-first mindset with a proactive solutions-oriented approach
