Elevate is partnering with a high-growth entrepreneurial company looking to hire an Operations Manager. When we asked the founder to hand carve the ideal candidate one word kept coming up: athlete.
Dont worry - were not looking for someone who can run a mile in 5 minutes or less. We want someone that has the qualities that great athletes bring to everything they do - grit competitiveness problem-solving leadership. What makes this role unique is that were not looking for a specific background or years of experience. The right personality and intangible skillset are going to beat the perfect resume.
This is not the job for someone who wants to sit at a desk all day. Youll own inventory and production across two fast-paced facilities. Its a mix of spending time on the floor with your team while also stepping back to analyze metrics identify bottlenecks and improve into AI and research new systems to optimize operations. Success in this role means the sales team can drive growth confidently knowing orders go out the door seamlessly.
This is just the starting point. The founder rewards people who go above and beyond and this role will evolve alongside the business. Someone who comes in and knocks it out of the park has the potential to grow into bigger / key leadership roles and expand into other areas of the company over time.
