Job Summary

The EVS Tech/Housekeepers provide service to the residents in the community that enable them to function at the highest possible level.
Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day environmental service functions as assigned.
- Strip and remake beds in Independent Living areas.
- Clean walls doors door handles/knobs ceilings light fixtures vents light switches/receptacle covers thermostats windows baseboards and pictures by washing wiping dusting spot cleaning disinfecting deodorizing etc.
- Remove dirt dust grease film etc. from surfaces using proper cleaning/disinfecting solutions.
- Vacuum carpets and fill out carpet cleaning request forms when applicable.
- Clean floors to include sweeping dusting damp/wet mopping disinfecting etc. (NOTE: assure that appropriate caution/safety signs are properly set up prior to performing such duties).
- Clean windows/mirrors in resident rooms apartments common areas recreational areas bathrooms and entrance/exit ways.
- Clean wash sanitize and/or polish bathroom fixtures.
- Clan/polish furnishings fixtures resident rooms apartments commons recreational areas etc. daily or as instructed.
- Perform self inspections.
- Perform specific tasks in accordance with daily work assignments.
