What Youll Do: DaytoDay Responsibilities
As a Business Development Manager your primary responsibility is to bring in new client business for HireLevels recruiting and HR solutions. You will not be responsible for recruiting candidates.
Key responsibilities include:
- Proactively prospecting and developing new client relationships in the St. Louis market
- Selling HireLevels recruiting staffing and human capital services to new customers
- Conducting discovery conversations to understand client hiring and workforce challenges
- Presenting customized solutions in partnership with internal recruiting and delivery teams
- Managing the full sales cycle from initial outreach through contract execution
- Building a strong pipeline through consistent outreach networking and followup
- Collaborating with recruiters to ensure smooth handoff and longterm client satisfaction
- Maintaining CRM activity tracking pipeline progress and forecasting revenue
- Representing HireLevel professionally in meetings networking events and client interactions

- Proven experience in B2B sales business development or staffing/recruiting sales
- A strong hunter mindset with comfort in cold outreach and new logo development
- Excellent communication presentation and relationshipbuilding skills
- The ability to understand client needs and translate them into actionable solutions
- Confidence managing a sales pipeline and closing deals
- A selfmotivated goaldriven approach with a desire for uncapped earning potential
- Professional integrity and a consultative customerfirst sales style
- Experience selling staffing recruiting HR or professional services is strongly preferred
