Join the Highway Signing Team
Highway Signing is hiring CDL Operators to support traffic control and pavement marking operations throughout Iowa and Nebraska.
This is not an over-the-road driving position. Our CDL Operators work hands-on with specialized equipment and crews on roadway projects that help keep communities safe and moving.

What Were Looking For
- Valid Class A or Class B CDL preferred
- Tanker endorsement is a plus
- Good driving record and safety mindset
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Mechanical aptitude is helpful
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
- Willingness to work overtime nights and occasional weekends during peak season
- Team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic
Experience is preferred but we are willing to train motivated candidates who are ready to learn and grow.
