AIRBUS offer more than 70 vacancies for our full time graduate program in Spain - #Discover II 2026/2027 - Starting date 5th October 2026 until 1st October 2027.
We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector. The current context demands different ways of looking thinking and relating.
The selection process will be during April 2026 until July 2026.
What does this internship consists in
Together with Camilo José Cela University Airbus has developed an exclusive program (Discover) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future.
You will have the opportunity to study a Master organized in three training blocks that will allow you to Discover the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11 month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree where you can learn and complete your academic background.
The start of the internship will be in early October 2026 and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week) in which you will receive an attractive study grant.
Internship Job Description:
The jobholder will join Training Program Representative area (TASTP) to support Transport Combat and UAVs in the Program Driven Organization for Training and Flight Ops deliveries assurance oToCoQ: Flight Ops Training Simulation Services and Training Delivery.
Training Prog Rep team is a transversal and diverse team located in Manching Ingolstadt Getafe and Sevilla. Our values are customer focus commitment and leadership apart of respect team spirit resilience balanced dynamism and proactivity.

PM methodology / standards knowledge and aplicability support:
Transversal Cross-program (TASTP Confluence site):
Milestone Baseline: yearly creation and assurance monthly update
Performance monitoring (milestones tracking) control and reporting
Complex Offers Dashboard maintenance
Visual Management Project Management
Creation new Confluence structure
Projects specific:
PM process and tools implementation support
Create and mantain regularly the contract schedule in corresponding scheduling tool (examples: UP MP Excel and EVM)
Cost collection integration: assitance to global integration of complex offers cost collection in costing sheet tool (example: Microsoft Excel Google Sheet)
Satement of Work / Management Plans preparation as offer support
Action Tracker follow-up in corresponding tool (example: Jira Confluence Excel)
Creation of Directives for contraxt execution in TAST
Tools: Atlassian (Confluence / Jira) Microsoft Office (Microsoft Project incl.) Google Workspace and UP.

As a successful candidate you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
Educated to Engineering (Industrial Computer Science Aeronautical Engineering or Telecommunications)
Experience / Knowledge in System Engineering will be a plus
Level B2 English and experience in international environments
Analytical and Problem-solving orientation
Multitasking proactive positive attitude capacity to work in a team unsupervised and with autonomy and capacity to adapt (resilience) and learn quickly
