Job Title: Senior Cybersecurity Consultant OT Security & Enterprise Risk

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Consultant with expertise in Operational Technology (OT) Security Patch Management Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) and Quantum-Safe Security initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience securing enterprise IT and OT environments managing cybersecurity risks across third-party ecosystems and supporting enterprise security modernization programs focused on critical infrastructure resilience.

This role requires close collaboration with cybersecurity infrastructure engineering operations and compliance teams across enterprise and industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities

Patch Management & Vulnerability Remediation

• Lead enterprise patch management and vulnerability remediation initiatives
• Coordinate remediation activities across IT and OT environments
• Assess vulnerability exposure and prioritize remediation efforts based on operational and business risk
• Develop governance processes compliance reporting and remediation metrics
• Partner with infrastructure and operations teams to ensure secure deployment practices

Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM)

• Conduct cybersecurity risk assessments for vendors contractors suppliers and service providers
• Review third-party security controls audit findings compliance documentation and remediation plans
• Identify and mitigate risks related to external systems applications and OT technologies
• Support vendor onboarding due diligence and ongoing security monitoring activities
• Collaborate with procurement legal compliance and governance teams

Quantum-Safe Security

• Support enterprise initiatives focused on quantum-safe security and cryptographic modernization
• Identify cryptographic risks and encryption dependencies across enterprise and OT systems
• Participate in security architecture planning aligned with emerging post-quantum standards
• Contribute to enterprise encryption governance and long-term cybersecurity resilience strategies

OT System Networks & Industrial Security

• Support security initiatives across Operational Technology (OT) ICS and SCADA environments
• Assess and secure OT networks and industrial control systems
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to improve:
  • Network segmentation
  • Monitoring capabilities
  • Access controls
• Support OT vulnerability management and incident response efforts
• Ensure alignment with OT security standards and critical infrastructure protection best practices

Required Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in Cybersecurity Infrastructure Security OT Security or Security Architecture
• Strong experience with:
  • Patch Management
  • Vulnerability Management
  • Security remediation programs
• Hands-on experience with Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) and vendor security assessments
• Experience securing or supporting OT ICS or SCADA environments
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks including:
  • NIST
  • IEC 62443
  • ISO 27001
  • CIS Controls
• Understanding of cryptography encryption standards and quantum-safe security concepts
• Experience working in regulated or critical infrastructure environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Industry experience in utilities energy manufacturing telecom or critical infrastructure sectors
• Familiarity with OT network architecture and industrial cybersecurity principles
• Experience with tools such as:

  • Tenable
  • Rapid7
• Certifications preferred:
  • CISSP
  • GICSP
  • CISM
  • CRISC
  • GIAC Certifications
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and business teams
