Position Summary
The Facility Maintenance QA/QC Administratoris responsible foradministering quality assurance and quality control programs across all facility maintenance operations. This role ensures that preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance activities are properly generated planned executed documented and audited through the CMMS and BMS systems.
This position combines office-based administrative responsibilities with field activities including visual and hands-on inspections of HVAC electrical plumbing life safety and building envelope systems. This is a salaried role thatparticipatesin rotating shifts and on-call coverage asrequired.
Key Activities and Responsibilities
Administer andmaintainthe facility QA/QC program to ensure compliance with contract requirements OEM standards OSHA regulations and building codes.
Review audit andvalidatepreventive and corrective maintenance work orders in the CMMS.
Perform routine QA/QC inspections of HVAC mechanical electrical plumbing and fire/life safety systems.
Verify proper execution of PM tasks and ensure required documentation is accurately completed.
Utilize the CMMS to track assetcondition deficiencies corrective actions and performance trends.
Coordinate with maintenance teams and vendors to resolve QA/QC deficiencies.
Support development and enforcement of SOPs PM standards and inspection checklists.
Assistwith regulatory inspections audits and client reviews.
Maintain detailed QA/QC records using CMMS and Microsoft Office tools.
Participate in rotating shifts on-call rotation and emergency response support.
Ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned to support facility operations.
Required Experience
Associate or technical degree in facility maintenance engineering or related field;Bachelorsdegree preferred.
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in commercial facility maintenance or QA/QC roles.
Strong knowledge of HVAC electrical plumbing and life safety systems.
Experience using CMMS platforms for work order management and reporting.
Knowledge of OSHA regulations and applicable building codes.
Ability to read and interpret drawings schematics and OEM manuals.
Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
Required Skills and Abilities

Excellent organizational documentation and time management skills.
Effective communication skills across technicians vendors and stakeholders.
Proficiencyin Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook.
Ability to learn and use CMMS and facility management software.
Ability to perform visual and hands-on inspections andlift upto 50 lbs.
Flexibility to work rotating shifts weekends holidays and on-call rotations.
Spanish language skills preferred.
Professional demeanor with high ethical standards.
HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $29.66-$37.03 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education experience knowledge skills and abilities of the applicant internal equity and alignment with market data.)
