Environmental Services Technician (EVS)

Rome Health is seeking dependable and motivated Environmental Services Technicians to join our team. We currently have a variety of shifts available including both full-time and per diem opportunities.

Position Responsibilities

• Perform routine daily cleaning and sanitation of patient care areas offices hallways and common spaces
• Operate and maintain professional cleaning equipment and supplies
• Use tools such as mops buckets and wringers vacuums dusters brushes scrapers pull carts ladders and other environmental services equipment
• Follow established safety infection prevention and cleaning procedures
• Support a clean and comfortable environment that promotes exceptional patient care

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Previous cleaning experience in a healthcare hospitality or institutional setting is preferred but not required
• Training will be provided for the right candidate
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety
