Job Description
Assistant Manager

Janitorial Experience Required

(transportation and flexibility needed driving to multiple locations)
The custodial responsibilities include: directly supervising and coordinating work activities of the team; coaching and training; ensuring efficiency and consistency; assisting in cleaning duties.

Duties of the position include:

Planning and preparing team work schedules
Implementing 4M standards
Resolving client issues
Maintaining accurate records
Promoting and maintain a safe work environment

Some supervisory experience is preferred and we will train you on our proven processes. Knowledge of Microsoft Office is a plus. This can be more than a job this could be a career. Check out our culture video to learn more about us at: insurance offered to employees who work 30 plus hours

Vacation days offered to all full-time (minimum 37 1/2 hours per week)
