Overview of Role

As an Associate in AI/ML you will bridge the gap between traditional data engineering and modern Generative AI. You will be instrumental in designing building and maintaining the infrastructure required to serve advanced LLM applications and Agentic frameworks. Working within the Google Cloud ecosystem you will ensure our managed services projects are powered by reliable scalable and autonomous AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality Python code to deliver AI-driven initiatives focusing on LLM orchestration using LangChain LangGraph and supporting frameworks.
• Design and implement agent-based systems capable of multi-step reasoning tool-use and autonomous task execution.
• Architect and optimize data pipelines within GCP (BigQuery Pub/Sub Dataflow) to support Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and model fine-tuning.
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI models from prototyping in Vertex AI to production deployment and monitoring (MLOps).
• Partner with global technology teams to translate business requirements into technical AI specifications.
• Ensure code reliability through comprehensive unit testing and rigorous evaluation of LLM outputs (faithfulness relevance etc.).

Qualifications

• 3 years in AI/ML engineering.
• Proven experience building LLM applications using LangChain or similar orchestration frameworks.
• Hands-on expertise with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) specifically Vertex AI BigQuery and Cloud Functions.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Knowledge of Vector Databases (e.g. Vertex AI Search Pinecone or Weaviate).
• A Bachelors degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering or related or equivalent work experience required.
