The Role:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Executive to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a target-driven environment enjoys building relationships and is passionate about health and fitness.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively generate new membership leads through outreach referrals and local marketing
Conduct club tours and confidently present membership options
Convert enquiries into memberships and consistently achieve sales targets
Build strong relationships with new and existing members
Support retention strategies and member engagement activities
Maintain accurate records of sales activity using CRM systems
Assist with social media promotions and community events
Deliver outstanding customer service at all times
What Were Looking For:
Previous experience in sales retail or customer service (fitness industry experience is a bonus)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a positive can-do attitude
Comfortable working towards and exceeding targets
Passion for fitness health and wellbeing
Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
