This is a Zurich / hybrid role with 3 days per week in the office focused on the DACH market; our most established region where we already have strong customer traction and leading automotive groups working with aspaara. We are looking for a mid-level Account Executive with approximately 25 years of B2B SaaS sales experience. The role is a full-cycle closing position supported by inbound partner webinar event and referral-generated leads. We offer a competitive base salary uncapped commission with accelerators above target and ESOP participation. German and English are required with travel of approximately 12 days per month for customers partners and events.

aspaara is a B2B SaaS company building the AI Copilot for car bodyshops.

Our software helps car bodyshops plan work more accurately reduce bottlenecks and improve operational performance. By creating a digital twin of each bodyshop aspaara gives managers real-time recommendations on who should work on which vehicle and when helping teams improve capacity utilization reduce key-to-key time and increase on-time delivery.

We work with bodyshops dealer groups and multi-site repair operators. Today more than 100 bodyshops in 8 countries use aspaara with a strong customer base in Switzerland and Germany. Customers include leading automotive groups such as Binelli Group AMAG and Auto Lang Group AG.

Following strong growth we are now hiring an Account Executive focused on DACH to help convert qualified opportunities into customers and support the next phase of growth.

Your mission

As Account Executive you will own qualified commercial opportunities from first meeting to signed contract.

This is a full-cycle closing role supported by strong partner-led demand. Leads are generated through strategic industry partners webinars inbound marketing events and referrals.

You will sell to bodyshops dealer groups and multi-site repair operators. Customers often start with one location see measurable operational value and then expand over time across additional sites.

Your job is to engage decision-makers run a structured sales process demonstrate value and close new ARR. When there is a clear operational need and the right stakeholders are engaged opportunities can move quickly from first qualified conversation to signed contract.

You will report directly to the CEO and co-founder working closely with him during your ramp. aspaara has a well-defined sales process that is already working; due to growing demand we are now hiring our first dedicated Account Executive focused on DACH to help run this proven sales motion where we already have strong customer traction and leading automotive groups working with aspaara.

Tasks

  • Own qualified opportunities across DACH from first conversation to signed contract.
  • Convert partner-generated webinar event and inbound leads into paying customers.
  • Run discovery with bodyshop managers workshop owners heads of operations and dealer group leadership.
  • Understand customer workflows planning challenges and capacity constraints then translate them into a clear business case.
  • Deliver product demos and sales presentations tailored to operational decision-makers.
  • Manage stakeholders across single-site bodyshops dealer groups and multi-site repair operators.
  • Prepare proposals handle commercial conversations and close new ARR.
  • Manage your pipeline accurately in Pipedrive.
  • Represent aspaara at selected customer meetings partner events and trade fairs.
  • Identify expansion opportunities across additional sites and business units.

Requirements

  • 25 years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
  • Proven experience closing deals from first customer conversation to signed contract.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a B2B SaaS closing role.
  • Experience selling to SMB or mid-market customers.
  • Ability to manage a structured sales process with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong discovery skills and the ability to identify business pain urgency and value.
  • Confidence running demos and explaining software in a practical customer-oriented way.
  • Fluent German and English.
  • Based in or able to work from Zurich with 3 days per week in the office.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 12 days per month for customers partners and events.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling into automotive aftersales workshops or dealer groups. This is helpful but not required. We will support you in learning the market during your ramp.
