Job Title: Middleware Technical Lead
Location: Plano TX Onsite
Duration: Full-time Hire with TCS
Experience Required:- 6 Years
Salary Range: $100000 Per Years -$125000 a year
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Proven experience leading technical teams and mentoring developers in integration projects.
Ability to define technical standards best practices and governance for Tibco and middleware solutions.
Experience in solution architecture including designing scalable secure and maintainable integration platforms.
Experience with Tibco Business Works (BW) for designing and developing integration workflows. Familiarity with Tibco EMS (Enterprise Messaging Service) for messaging and event-driven architecture. Understanding of JMS (Java Messaging Service) concepts. Knowledge of Tibco Active Matrix Tibco Hawk or other Tibco middleware tools is a plus.
