- Demonstrated experience maintaining gathering compiling and analyzing organizational and operational data including workflow charts staffing levels mission/function statements program resource utilization and audit documentation.
- Experience reviewing management reports reorganization requests performance indicators and program analysis documents for completeness formatting and compliance with reporting procedures.
- Experience preparing reports charts graphs spreadsheets and narrative summaries supporting management analysis activities.
- Ability to perform routine calculations related to cost estimates staffing utilization workload metrics production rates and performance measurements.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain gather compile and organize records related to organizational structures workflow charts staffing levels mission statements program resources and audit reports.
- Review management studies reorganization requests performance reports and program analysis documentation for completeness accuracy formatting and required supporting information.
- Prepare and distribute reports related to program goals budgets staffing allocations workload metrics and performance indicators for management review.
- Perform and verify routine calculations including standard cost estimates staffing hours production rates and workload figures.
- Develop charts graphs spreadsheets and narrative summaries to support management studies and operational analysis.
- Assist higher-level analysts and management officials in preparing reports presentations and organizational assessments.
- Support data collection records management reporting coordination and administrative analysis activities.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and related reporting tools to compile and present analytical information.
- Coordinate with operating officials regarding reporting procedures submission requirements and management analysis activities.
- Maintain professionalism confidentiality and compliance with CSOSA administrative and security requirements.
