Proven expertise in Contact Center Telephony IVR Amazon Connect Python Lambda.
Strong experience in AWS platform
Hands-on skills in coding migration integration with other apps troubleshooting and fixing issues.
Ability to drive the transition and act as a bridge between business and technical teams.
Experience in managing change across large contact center environments.
Minimum years of experience: 8-10 years
Education: Bachelors or Master of Engineering Project Code :ADT for ENGNE at INFCITYPRK6
