Project Manager - OH

Starting base salary $75-110K

Summary
This employee will be responsible to plan budget and oversee all aspects of a specific project to ensure the project is completed efficiently on time and meets company and client standards in all aspects.

Responsibilities
-Develop forms and records to document project activities

-Determine the resources required to complete the project
-Define the scope of project in collaboration with senior management.

-Recruit and select staff with the appropriate skills for the project activities.
-Establish good communication with clients and all staff involved in project.

-Ensure project deliverables are on time within budget and at the required level of quality.

-Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities

-Create a detailed work plan which identifies & sequences the activities as well as monitor the progress of the project and making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion of every project.

Requirements
-Previous Architectural Millwork / Woodworking Project Management experience

-CrowsNest ERP Software (expereince or willingness / ability to learn)
-Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
-Personnel leadership and management skills
-AWI Standards Knoweldge is a BIG Plus!

-Basic / simple accounting experience
