Job Summary
Job Title: Construction Admin (In-Office Lead)
Location: Miami FL (Onsite 4 Days/Week Remote Fridays)
Duration: 6 Months to 1 Year
W2 Contract Role

Key Requirements:

8 12 years of experience in Construction Administration Architecture Engineering or Owners Rep roles

Experience with large-scale hospitality resort mixed-use marine entertainment or campus-style developments

Strong experience managing RFIs submittals consultant coordination and construction documentation workflows

Ability to manage communication between design teams contractors consultants and stakeholders

Experience protecting design intent and enforcing project standards throughout project lifecycle
Responsibilities:

Lead Construction Administration workflows for multiple ground-up development projects

Coordinate between Product Development Design Consultants Construction Teams and Contractors

Manage documentation technical coordination and project accountability

Ensure effective communication and workflow management across all project phases
Preferred:

Bachelors degree in Construction Management Architecture Engineering or related field
