Power Platform Lead / Senior Developer

Role Summary

The Power Platform Lead / Senior Developer is responsible for designing building and leading the delivery of enterprise solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. This role combines hands on development expertise with technical leadership ensuring solutions are scalable secure performant and aligned with architectural and governance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead development and customization of solutions using:
• Power Apps (Canvas & Model Driven)
• Power Automate
• Dataverse
• Power BI
• Copilot Studio / Virtual Agents
• Translate functional and technical requirements into high quality applications and automations
• Implement and manage solution components managed solutions and ALM pipelines
• Enforce coding standards performance best practices and security controls
• Perform design reviews code reviews and mentor junior developers
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize performance
• Support solution deployment environment management and production issues

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills

• Strong hands on expertise in Power Apps Power Automate and Dataverse
• Experience with custom connectors REST APIs and Azure integrations
• Experience with ALM solution packaging and CI/CD
• Knowledge of JavaScript Power Fx and basic Azure services is preferred
