Qualifications:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Instructional Design Education Training and Development or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Word PowerPoint Excel).
Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools (e.g. Articulate Storyline Adobe Captivate Camtasia).
Experience with instructional design methodologies (e.g. ADDIE Kirkpatricks Level of assessments adult learning principles)
Experience with SCORM-compliant course development and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Strong understanding of 508-compliance requirements and best practices for creating accessible learning materials.
Expertise in designing and developing comprehensive instructional materials including course summary sheets learning objectives course outlines storyboards video scripts job aids quick reference sheets and other supporting documents.
Ability to create online interactive training materials in various formats such as printable job aids instructor-led (virtual and in-person) microlearning videos and eLearning courses.
Experience in developing and administering a variety of assessments and analyzing assessment data to evaluate instructional program effectiveness.
Strong understanding instructional design models (e.g. ADDIE SAM).
Proven ability to accurately track and document the progress ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with subject matter experts (SMEs) leadership teams and learners.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to a hybrid work schedule role is a hybrid position requiring in-office presence at least twice a week with additional onsite time as needed based on role-specific and agency requirements.
