Title : Salesforce Developer (Onsite)
Duration : 6 Month
Location : Dallas TX Hartford Ct Woonsocket RI
Job Description:
- Salesforce
- Apex
- SOQL
- LWC

Develop and support solutions using Salesforce technologies including CRM Apex and Lightning components.
Build and customize applications using:
o Apex classes and triggers
o SOQL queries
o Visualforce pages
o Workflows and approvals
o Dashboards and reports
o Custom objects
o Package installations
o Email templates
Develop Lightning Web Components (LWC) for modern Salesforce UI experiences.
Build and support Agentforce AI agents.
Work with tools such as:
o Apex Data Loader
o ANT
o AutoRABIT
Work in an onshore offshore support model collaborating with offshore teams.
Utilize version control and automation tools (GitHub RTC and others).
Support integrations and solutions involving IVR technologies such as:
o Avaya
o Cisco
o Chatbots
Skills
Required certifications:
- Health Cloud Certification
- Salesforce CRM
- Apex language
- SOQL
- Visualforce
- Apex
- Core Java
- JavaScript
- Apex Data Loader
- ANT
- AutoRABIT (preferred)
- Experience building Agentforce AI agents
- Experience working in Agile methodology (SAFe preferred)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience working in onshore/offshore team environments
- Preferred experience with:
- GitHub
- RTC
- Automation tools
- IVR technologies (Avaya Cisco Chatbots)
- Skills: Salesforce Avaya Aura AI Agents Healthcare Domain
