Location: Dallas TX (Onsite) - Need locals only
Duration: Long Term Contract

We are looking for a hands-on Senior AI Agent Engineer with strong experience building and deploying production-grade AI Agent solutions in enterprise environments.
This role is focused on developing autonomous AI systems - not basic chatbots. Candidates should have experience building AI agents that can plan make decisions interact with tools/APIs and execute multi-step workflows independently.
Required Skills- 8 10 years of software engineering experience
- Strong experience building production AI/LLM applications
- Hands-on experience with AI Agents / Agentic AI systems
- Experience with:
- RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
- AI orchestration workflows
- Function/tool calling
- Autonomous agent workflows
- Strong programming experience in Python or Java
- Experience with:
- LangChain / LangGraph
- Semantic Kernel
- OpenAI APIs & Function Calling
- Azure AI Foundry / AWS Bedrock / Vertex AI
- CrewAI / AutoGen (preferred)
- Cloud-native development experience:
- APIs & Microservices
- Docker & Kubernetes
- CI/CD pipelines
- Terraform / Helm
- Experience deploying scalable enterprise applications into production
- Strong understanding of monitoring observability logging and production support
Candidates should have experience:
- Building AI Agents deployed to production
- Integrating AI systems with enterprise applications and APIs
- Developing multi-step AI workflows with real business usage
- Working in enterprise-level environments
- Delivering hands-on technical solutions within engineering teams
