Compensation : $20/hr to 25/hr
We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct and indirect patient care in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). The CNA will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to support residents with daily living activities and ensure a safe clean and comfortable care environment.
FACILITY OVERVIEWKern Valley Healthcare District is a skilled nursing facility providing long-term resident care with a focus on safety comfort and quality patient support services.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES-
Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)

Provide personal care including bathing grooming and feeding

Support mobility and patient transfers
-
Maintain patient safety and infection control standards

Monitor and report changes in resident condition

Assist in maintaining a clean and safe environment

Document basic care activities in EMR

High school diploma or equivalent
-
Active California CNA Certification required
-
Minimum 3 years CNA experience required

Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal & written)

Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills

Basic computer skills required
-
BLS (AHA Required)

Night Shift CNA Role
-
12-hour night shifts (facility-based schedule)

36 guaranteed hours per week
