JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct patient care in a Long-Term Care facility. The role involves assisting residents with daily living activities and supporting nursing staff in delivering safe compassionate and quality care.

FACILITY OVERVIEW

Cody Regional Health is a small community healthcare facility providing long-term care services across two floors with staff assigned and floating as needed between units.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
Provide bathing grooming feeding and mobility support
Monitor and report changes in patient condition
Support meal-time assistance and resident care needs
Maintain hygiene safety and infection control standards
Document care activities in PointClickCare EMR
Float between LTC units as needed

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 1 year CNA experience required
Active CNA Certification
Experience in Long-Term Care preferred
Ability to work night shifts and rotating assignments

CERTIFICATIONS

BLS (Basic Life Support) Required

SHIFT DETAILS

Night Shift: 18:00 06:30
