Job Summary
Read and manage all aspects of Standardization for the Quality Management System with effective utilization of organizational resources and effective time management.
Work with Project Management Technical and Production teams for effective implementation of Standardization and Audits.
Ensure resources are available for planning and implementing Standardization initiatives QMS Audits and QMS Certification.
Ensure resources are utilized effectively to meet performance objective targets. Update management about progress updates on ongoing activities and plan for implementing new initiatives or up gradations to internal processes to implement Strategy
Conduct Management Review as per QMS requirement.
Develop internal standards for materials design analysis manufacturing and production processes.
Manage and motivate the team in professional manner with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Train and help the development of team members.
Identify and implement tools to reduce waste with regard to all resources.
Assist the Management in implementation of FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) in order identify quantify prioritize and evaluate risk.
Recommend corrective actions to obviate waste due to poor quality and rework Should conduct audit with respect to AS Standards
