Job Summary
Location: Puzhal Redhills

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
About the Role
Supreme Powerdrive is looking for a responsible and customer-focused Service Coordinator / Service Supervisor to manage day-to-day service operations customer handling and system coordination. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills operational understanding and the ability to supervise service activities efficiently. Candidates from the Electric Vehicle (EV) industry will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities

Handle complete service coordination and support activities

Manage customer interactions and ensure timely service updates

Maintain service records billing entries and system documentation

Coordinate with technicians and monitor service workflow

Supervise daily service center operations smoothly

Follow up on pending service requests and customer queries

Ensure proper reporting and operational discipline

Maintain professional communication with customers and internal teams
Candidate Requirements

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in service coordination / customer handling / supervision

Experience in the Electric Vehicle (EV) industry is preferred

Basic computer and system handling knowledge is mandatory

Good communication and coordination skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle customers professionally
