Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.- Maintain and improve existing software components to enhance system reliability and efficiency.- Document technical designs and development processes to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Successfactors Integrations Technical.- Strong knowledge of integration techniques and middleware platforms related to SAP Successfactors.- Experience in designing and implementing APIs and web services for seamless data exchange.- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues to ensure system stability.- Familiarity with data mapping transformation and validation processes within integration workflows.- Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Successfactors Integrations Technical.- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
